How much does it cost?
Every repair starts with an $89 diagnostic visit — and first-time customers get 50% off, so your first diagnostic is $44.50. You get an exact repair quote before any work begins, and the full diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair if you approve the job. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic fee is all you owe.
What brands do you work on?
LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag and Kenmore electric washers and dryers — front-load, top-load and laundry centers. Refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens are also in scope; mention them when you book.
Will it be fixed on the first visit?
Often, yes. The truck carries the most common failure parts — drain pumps, heating elements, belts, thermal fuses, igniters and rollers. If your machine needs a special-order part, you’ll know the timeline and the total price before you commit.
Why add dryer vent cleaning?
If your dryer takes more than one cycle, the vent is the first suspect. Lint buildup is also a fire risk and makes the machine work harder. Adding a vent cleaning to a dryer repair visit takes care of both at once.
What if my machine isn’t worth fixing?
You’ll hear it straight. Ryan has talked plenty of customers out of repairs that didn’t make sense — you only owe the diagnostic ($89, or $44.50 on a first visit), and there’s no pressure to approve work that won’t pay off.
